1. Nationwide Shipping Coverage

  • Unique Pharma delivers products to the vast majority of locations and PIN codes across India.

  • Serviceability: If your specific PIN code is temporarily unserviceable by our logistics network, our customer support team will contact you immediately to assist you with alternative options.

2. Shipping & Delivery Charges

We keep our delivery costs transparent and affordable:

  • Free Delivery: All orders above ₹399 qualify for absolutely Free Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal charge of ₹40 will apply to orders below ₹399.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make a payment.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We work quickly to get your orders out for delivery:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Processed and dispatched on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Shipped on the next working day.

  • Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, national holidays, or promotional events.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Major & Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Locations / Tier-2 & 3 Cities: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Regions like Jammu & Kashmir, North-East India, or rural locations may take a little extra time.

Please Note: Business days do not include Sundays and public holidays.

The courier partner for your order is selected automatically based on the fastest service available for your location.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Our customer care team may contact you via call or message to verify your order and delivery address.

  • Once you confirm, your order will be instantly processed and shipped as per our standard timelines.

7. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or message containing a unique Tracking Number.

  • Tracking links usually take up to 24 hours to become active and show real-time updates.

8. Handling Unexpected Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the promised timeframe, occasional delays might happen due to unforeseen circumstances like:

  • Extreme weather conditions.

  • Technical or operational issues with courier partners.

  • Remote or difficult terrain access.

In such cases, Unique Pharma will actively monitor your package and work to get it delivered at the earliest. We highly appreciate your patience and understanding.
