Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, cancellation must be requested before shipment. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

5. Late Cancellation

Orders that are already shipped or out for delivery cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy if applicable.
