All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location, especially in remote or rural areas.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping may require additional charges.

7. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • High demand periods

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners but will assist in resolving issues wherever possible.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We may request photo or video proof for verification and will assist with replacement or resolution.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected locations. Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
