We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders may be canceled due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product/service or INR 100, whichever is lower.

12. Force Majeure

14. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
